CHS basketball star, who later played on two touring professional teams. She was all-district at CHS three years, and all-region once. Played a season with the famous All-American Red Heads against men’s teams (and men’s rules), touring the western United States and playing almost every night. Later played with the Hollywood Queens, which toured with the Harlem Globetrotters.
